I read the book this week and have made up my meal plan for the week. I’ve got the groceries, and I’m ready to start tomorrow. The plan also includes a 1/2 hour of exercise, five days a week, so I’m going to do the Gilad workout on the FitTV everyday.
After one week, I’ll post my book review, my results and how everything went. Hopefully it will be good! :O)
Update: After a week on the diet, I decided it was too expensive on our grocery bill right now. I might give it another try when we can afford it.
